The artist of a street wave. His artistic trajectory has started from his interest in graffiti and street culture. Some restrictions of this subculture have influenced the change of his style and world view – that lead to the fusion of architecture, design, contemporary art and graffiti in his creations.

The favorite method of the artist supposes the joint of unconscious lines, which become later arranged into the abstract structure.

The abstraction is the main language of the artist, something that allows to form up a wide field of ideas, where interpretations by viewers expand the contexts.

DIARY 1111
About the project in the artist residence
A material object is usually regarded from one angle or, even if it is viewed from a different angle, in the mind it often remains the same object, due to our inclination to see everything in a sensual and visual form. In reality, the object itself is abstract. It has no clear boundaries and at various angles it looks completely different, as if it is losing materiality.

In the "Diary 1111" project, the main subject of the artistic research – is the Uktus mountains, located in the immediate proximity to the Shishim hill area. The task was to show different points of perception of the object not only by visual, but spatial-temporal means.

A month of work in the art-residence is presented as a certain diary of stay with conducting abstract experiments in the search of interpretations. Each day – new layer on a canvas, new angle of view. 4 weeks – 4 canvases.
In this project, I examine the object from different angles, challenge the boundaries of the perception unattainability. The time I spend, and the meanings that open up, I record in a kind of research diary. I do not strive to reach the unattainable, the truth, but I state the value of the moment, the process.

I want to capture the angles, different views on the object. Despite a large number of viewpoints (and, perhaps, precisely due to them), the object escapes, remains inaccessible to experimental cognition. However, through appropriation, it becomes is a little closer to my mind. "Layer by layer, I simultaneously get to the core of the object and irreversibly move away from it.
